A medical flight is an aircraft charter arranged for a patient transfer. We act as a broker: the aircraft, medical equipment and clinical staffing are provided by licensed medical operators [TODO: confirm]. We coordinate the charter, timings and airports, and pass all clinical questions to the operator's medical team.
We do not provide medical advice or assess fitness to fly. Those decisions are made by qualified clinicians.
